Perishable produce returns

Conditions for returns

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated through our marketplace app or website within 2 days after receipt.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or altered.
  • Documentation: A short video or description of the delivery condition is required for acknowledgment of any claims regarding quality or damage.

Returns process

  1. Log into your profile on our marketplace app or website. Log in here.
  2. Navigate to the return portal and submit a return request, including necessary documentation.
  3. Follow instructions provided for returning the item.

Refunds and replacements

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
